Gabriel Jesus seals Arsenal’s win against Manchester United

Arsenal for the second season in a row have beaten their rivals Manchester United at the Emirate stadium to extend their unbeaten run to six matches.

Manchester United stepped into the field with its strongest squad comprising of Marcus Rashford who has made it a habit of scoring against Arsenal.

The England forward did not disappoint as in the 27th minute his curling ball from the wing caught Ramsdale’s fingers and into the far end of the post. The lead last for barely a minute after Arsenal captain Martin Odegard send a low shot past Onana to equalize.

Despite dominating the best part of clash, Garnacho who came in for Anthony had his superb goal ruled for offside in the 88th minute. Decline Rice gave the host the lead in extra time when his low shot went past the hands of Onana.

Fabio Viera produced a replica of his assist against Aston Villa last season feeding Gabriel Jesus who comfortably sloted home after beating Diogo Dalot in the build up.

The win now takes Arsenal to 5th position with ten points, two behind league leaders Manchester City who are yet to draw or loose any fixture in the Premier League.
