Four people are feared dead after a lorry veered off the road killing them on the spot in Bulemia area of Budalang’i, Busia County.
The incident is reported to have occurred on Tuesday morning when the lorry was heading towards Mundere Port Victoria road. After losing control, the lorry run over the victims resulting into their untimely death.
Responding to the incident were the police who ensured that the accident did not cause traffic jam in the area. Probe into the incident has also began.

The driver of the lorry sustained injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment as confirmed by eye witnesses.
The incident is among many cases of accidents that have been reported in the month of December alone. Drivers in the country have been warned against reckless driving and ensure safety of passengers.
